Great sound quality but bulky as a headphone connection as the battery does not last anywhere near 2 hrs so best ro plug in. The blutooth connection has high inteference. There are better options for headphone amps.

Don't let Ashdown's incredibly terrible gear demos put you off. The amps really are decent, despite what you are seeing and hearing here.

Great playing and the sound of the amp speaks for itself, but I would have enjoyed a walk through on all the features of the amp.

I’ve bought one less than 3 years ago, used it mainly for home practise, and an occasional small / short gig and it was great, really lovely sound, so easy to carry. But had a longer/louder gig and at the very end of our last song, it cut out completely. Looks like the speaker broke. Luckily still under warranty, so the shop where I bought it from sent it back to the manufacturer. I’m quite upset about it, it shouldn’t have happened…

I love the concept of this amp! I use a 2 Notes Le Bass preamp to get that tube grit, warmth, and sag (bass -> preamp pedal -> amp input). How well does the RG respond to effect pedals?

What is the internal voltage of the pedal?

Things I hate about these heads. 1 - Flat/shape button should be off in the out position. Pressing a button to have the natural sound is confusing and adds unnecessary components into the signal path. 2 - DI on the front. Should be on the back. 3 - Tuner out on the front. Should be on the back. 4 - Line out on the front. Should be on the back. 5 - Octave down is gimmicky. 6 - Compressor is gimmicky. 7 - Sliders and pots feel lose and flimsy. 8 - No real documentation of how the input level should be set and what the consequences of over driving it are. 9 - No real documentation on how the input level and valve drive work in combination and whether the input can be driven higher when valve drive is on. 10 - Needs better quality silent fans. I replaced mine with better fans and it is better. You should work on a sleek no compromise version of the ABM that is more like an old Acoustic Bass amp.

Another DI demonstration of a dedicated combo amp? Same as C115 product...advertisement. What's the point? What does the speak/cab bring to the table, because your asking on order of double the amps price for it?

But...there is no speaker/cabinet sound in this video. How does this demonstrate the sound of an amp/speaker that only works as a dedicated combo amp if you don't demonstrate it that way? You are asking an additional $500 for this speaker/cab, but haven't attempted to prove its worth, especially as you haven't allowed the head to be removed from it easily. Is Ashdown a 'silly' company? I think it must be. This is very poor form from a manufacturer's own UA-cam channel.

I have had my ashdown EBlue 1x15 for years since around 2006/ 2007 it’s great holding up to age probably out live me. I bought an extension cab ashdown mag 4x14 it’s so perfect with the 15 . The 15 delivers the lowest lows and the 4X10 really delivers the highs I feel like it is a very good combo. Everyone one hates it though u ya know these pencil neck music degree kid n grown men (soyboys) they are just taught how to do it by the book they are dumb. I don’t let listen to a piece of paper i listen to what my ears are telling me and they say screw u n ur degrees it sounds good u dam fool. They are always like oh no no ur ohms and different amperage signals ect blah blah blah it has never blow a speaker needed a single repair in like almost 20years . N I play it 3 times a week for maybe 2/3 hours each time a week . Ashdown god bless you. And you school well….SUCK IT!!
